Larry, Sr. started out "in the trenches" so to speak. Using the tools of the trade he began residential painting in New York. After 5 years of residential work he moved up to commercial offices and high fashion department store establishments.

Larry, Sr. came to S. C., established his own company, and remained in charge of the day-to-day operation of the business until he sold it to his son, Larry. Although officially "retired", he still comes to the office every day and stays involved in the business, working closely with his son.

Larry, Sr. has brought integrity, fairness and technical knowledge to the subcontracting industry and he is ever ready with a friendly word of encouragement or advice. These are traditions he has passed on to his son, Larry.

Dolly Kreisler - Secretary & Project Administrator:

Dolly has been with Echerer for 16 of her 52 years in the construction industry. She does the billing, monitors accounts receivable, reviews contracts and administers the various insurance programs for the company.
